These Terms of Service govern use of the RoadTripDesk trip-planning service.
RoadTripDesk is a planning tool
RoadTripDesk helps users plan and organize trips. It is not a live navigation, emergency, safety, immigration or legal-advice service. Always verify road closures, driving restrictions, border requirements, opening hours, weather and other travel-critical information with authoritative sources before and during travel.
Your account
You are responsible for information added to your account and for keeping login credentials secure. You must not access another user's private data without authorization or attempt to bypass security or plan limits.
Trips and shared content
You retain responsibility for content you add. When you share a trip, collaborators may be able to view or edit information according to the permissions you grant. Public or shared content should not contain information you do not want the intended audience to see.
Plans, billing and taxes
Paid plan prices, billing periods and the amount due are shown before payment. Applicable VAT, sales tax or similar taxes can depend on the customer's billing location and applicable law. Subscription changes, renewal dates and cancellation status are shown in the account area when paid billing is enabled.
Third-party services
RoadTripDesk uses external services for functions such as maps, routing, address search, email and accommodation links. Availability and results from those providers can change or be temporarily unavailable. External bookings and purchases are agreements between you and the external provider.
Affiliate relationships

Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with other users, upload unlawful content, probe or bypass security controls, overload the service with abusive automated traffic, or use RoadTripDesk in a way that violates applicable law.
Service changes and availability
RoadTripDesk may improve, change or retire features. We work to keep the service available and protect user data, but no online service can guarantee uninterrupted operation. Users should keep copies of travel information that would be difficult to recreate.
Cancellation and mandatory consumer rights
Available cancellation controls and the effective date of a cancellation are shown in the account area. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under the law applicable to you.
